    In individual therapy, your needs and concerns are explored and clarified. Treatment is individualized for each person. The frequency and the length of treatment varies and depends on your goals and how much you want to work. Patients are encouraged to ask questions and provide input regarding the therapy.

    I provide therapy to those experiencing anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, feeling “stuck” or seeking a higher quality of life. I also work with those who have experienced or are experiencing grief, loss, chronic pain and stress management.
