Food is an essential part of life. We may feel a sense of dread or anxiety because our relationship with food is not healthy. Together, we can heal your relationship with food, body image and yourself.
It can be scary to think about changing your relationship with food when it has always been a source of comfort. By providing a supportive and empowering approach, I have learned how it feels and what it is to know lasting change. My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.
I provide support and healing to those experiencing difficult life stressors; knowing from experience that some chapters in life aren’t easy to get through alone.
